My Razer Naga Pro is not functioning. | Razer Insider

My Razer Naga Pro suddenly stopped functioning last night. I use the mouse wired (I lost the wireless USB dongle thingy in another state), and the mouse will not light up normally when plugged in. When I plug it in using the supplied razer USB cord, the lights by the scroll wheel light up a faint red, and when I unplug it, it disappears. Same with turning on the Bluetooth mode.

I would usually attribute this to a lack of charge, however I charged my mouse after the fact using the supplied USB cord for several hours, and am still seeing the issues this morning. (Stopped working at approximately 9:55, typing this message at 10:40)

I have tried charging it, restarting my computer, trying the Bluetooth mode, and have plugged it back in to be charged again. I am seriously not in a financial state to purchase a new mouse, especially one of this caliber. I run on an old laptop with a USB keyboard I won from Dave and Busters. I would sincerely appreciate if somebody could help salvage this situation, this is the most expensive thing I own. Thank you for your time and manyfold for your solutions.

Hi Ichorous_,

I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing with your Razer Naga Pro because it is not functioning as it should despite being charged and various troubleshooting attempts. One probable cause for this to happen is that the mouse firmware is outdated. Please make sure to update your device firmware by following the steps here. If the same problem persists, please PM me your device serial number so I can verify its model and check for other workarounds. All the best!
