As the title says, mine stopped working. The mouse is turned on and The RGB still works and blink and all but the mouse just doesn’t work. I can’t connect it via cable, when I plug in the receiver it says “Device is switched off” on the Razer Synapse. And when I try to connect via bluetooth it just doesn’t work, it doesn’t go into detectable mode. Someone please help
