My Razer Naga Pro stopped working

As the title says, mine stopped working. The mouse is turned on and The RGB still works and blink and all but the mouse just doesn’t work. I can’t connect it via cable, when I plug in the receiver it says “Device is switched off” on the Razer Synapse. And when I try to connect via bluetooth it just doesn’t work, it doesn’t go into detectable mode. Someone please help

Can you disable your Synapse by following the steps from this article and check if the issue continues? If it does, please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue you're currently experiencing.
