my razer naga v2 hyperspeed's dongle broke and i need a replacement

It just randomly stopped working. I wasn't touching it, just watching a show on my computer. My Bluetooth isnt reliable and I am going crazy. I hope I can buy a replacement some where but I can't find it

Is the dongle still detected in the Device Manager? Can you test it on another computer to see if the issue persists? Please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the connection issue.
