My Razer Naga V2 Pro is not using the correct keybinds

Hello , Sorry if thas been asked before but i am losing my mind and patience.
I actually only recently started to notice that my Razer Naga V2 Pro is not using the correct keybinds. 
I use the 1-12 numbers on my mouse as NumLock 1-9 etc.
Whenever im playing wow or any other game were i use my keybinds on my mouse they will mostly work (like 90% of the time) but for some reason sometimes it uses my normal 1-0 numbers instead of numlock 2 wich results in wrong inputs and in some games death and go again. 
Is there any way in fixing this issue ? I  dont remember having this issue a couple months ago when i played WOW more intensive ..
