my razer nari essential only works on one side

my pair of razer nari essentials only work on one side and i can't seem to fix them the sound comes back occasionally but might go away on its own,or when you tap the non functional side[the left one] so i need help. thanks in advance!

    I have the nari ultimate and this started last night when i noticed an update to the headset which was game mode next to surround sound testing. The sound comes back sometimes on the right but it mostly is not there and I just got this headset back in the middle of June

      Alguém conseguiu uma correção?
      Tenho a mesma dúvida, comprei meu fone a 5 meses e já apresentou esse problema, no meu caso presumo que seja hardware. Pois testei o mesmo em outros computadores e ele continuou com esse problema.
