I've made sure everything is up to date and restarted everything. There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the headset itself, but The dongle keeps acting like I'm unplugging it and plugging it back in constantly. The USB port it's plugged into works fine when I try plugging anything else into it.

I have the same with my brand new deathstalker v2 pro, wireless doesnt work at all.
When i plug the dongle in a usb port i only hear repeatedly a connect and disconnect sound in two seconds.
Only when wired i can see the device in Synapse. I've tested the dongle on another device and its also not recognized I have another device from Razer with a 2.4 hyperspeed dongle that works without any problems so im pretty sure the dongle is the problem.

I was thinking that was the problem, but unfortunately Razer doesn't sell replacement dongles.
