Hello, I love my Nari Ultimate, I purchased back in 2020, and since then it had no issues until last 3 days, where the Nari Ultimate keeps connecting and disconnecting.

E.g. When I am listening to Spotify, the beep sound comes and audio device is switched to Desktop speakers and then after few seconds it switches back, I tried everything from dongle recovery tool to Nari Ultimate Pair Tool, tried several other methods from various youtubers and also reinstalled everything, nothing seems to be working, I want to know if my Dongle is dead? If so, can I purchase a universal dongle for it?

It’s highly likely that the dongle is defective. Please PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check our options for a replacement wireless dongle. Thank you!


I have exactly the same problem as @akime9 

 

Did the same steps without any success. Can I also send my dongle serial number in order to buy a replacement?

I have exactly the same problem except mine don’t reconnect back unless I unplug the dongle and then plug it back. It also feels overheated when I unplug it. Anything that can be done about it?

Hello i have the same issue keeps disconecting .. i tryed reapparing and restoring but no luck

Since yesterday I have the same problem. I love my headphones (Nari) and would like to continue using them
