went to sleep yesterday and the keyboard was working fine, now its leds are not turning on. when I enter synapse to see if its turned off it says they are active and when I change the brightness they come on for half a second and in the next second dim down to null. Is there an LED switch that I may have fat fingered on this keyboard? Ive checked the fn macros but as they aren't labelled its hard to say

Im having the same issue, I tried switching from app control to windows dynamic lighting and back, synapse uninstall and reinstall, turn it on and off again. I can change the brightness and it does the same thing. on for a second then fade to black.

Let me assist you with your keyboard. Does the issue continue when you disable your Synapse by following the steps from this link? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the LED issue.
