My Razer Panthera SFV Edition not working

I bought a Razer Panthera SFV Edition and it got delivered today, but when I plug it into either my PS4/PC, it was not working, the light is not turning on and there was no response on any button. Does anyone have the same issue or know how to fix this? Thank you in advance.

    Where did you get the stick from, and does your console or PC detect it at all?
