My Razer raiju tornament controller won’t work on my ps4

The controller connects to the ps4 and works for a couple of seconds then it stops working but the lights are still on and when i connect another controller to check if it is still connected, my controller (razer) is connected but when i press any button, its as if it isn’t connected but when i connect it with the USB it works fine
