My Razer Raptor 27 165hz model

Hello. I’ve never posted on here before but here goes nothing. I have had my Raptor 27 monitor for about 2 years now. My monitor decided yesterday to not power on at all. I was using my monitor just fine the day before that with 0 issues. From playing games, to using Discord, to streaming I’ve had 0 issues with this monitor. Is there a replaced power adapter that I can purchase from Razer? I’m hoping that it just needs a new one. I unplugged everything, plugged everything back into their respective ports and I even tried a different surge protector for my power adapter. Nothing. No power no nothing. I’m not sure what to do at this point.

Hi EmeraldaCross

Thank you for sharing the details of your experience and I’m sad to know that Razer Raptor 27 monitor is not powering on. Let’s do some basic steps below first for us to know if you really need to replace the power adapter:

  1. Ensure the power cable is firmly connected to both the monitor and a working electrical outlet. Try plugging another device into the same outlet to confirm the outlet has power.
  2. Check the entire length of the power cable and the power supply unit (if external) for any signs of damage or wear. If possible, try a different power cable to rule out a faulty one.
  3. Turn off the monitor and disconnect its power cable.
  4. Wait for 15-20 seconds.
  5. Reconnect the power cable and attempt to turn the monitor on.
  6. Connect the Raptor 27 to a different computer or a laptop to determine if the issue is with the monitor itself or your original computer's hardware (like the graphics card).
  7. If the monitor's LEDs light up but the screen remains black, the issue might be with the video cable or settings. Disconnect and reconnect the display cable (HDMI, DisplayPort, or USB-C) securely at both ends.> Try using a different display cable to rule out a cable-related problem. > If using a laptop, ensure the multiple display setting is not set to "PC screen only" (press Windows Key + P and select "Duplicate" or "Extend").

If none of the above steps resolve the issue, please PM me the below details for us to create a case:
