My razer rogue rubber above the zipper is losing the glue

So I got this backpack in christmas 2024, and for the past year or so, I saw that the rubber that goes above the zipper has ben losing the glue, this stops me from just opening and closing easily, because the thing from the zipper that moves it get stuck underneth.
I really love this backpack, however it has been really painful to use in the last year or so.
Just now I decided to write it  bc I wasnt going to school as frequently before and now i am going to be studying full time, and this problem really annoys me.

I would like to know if anyone have the same problem, and what you did to solve, or if doesn’t have any fixes.

    Hi. I've got a bigger issue in wich the zipper fabric that holds the plastic keys is broken because the zipper assembly is too tight and tears up the fabric. I almost got no support for the plastic keys and got a hole inyo the zipper. It can close but has no outside support when closed. Yhis is a big problem and I'm under warranty. Unfortunately I have to wait a razer representative to respond to a forum issue because the backpack even if it has a serial and product code razer decided to not offer a category to fill for warranty like other razer products. I've bought the backpack in may 2025 from amazon.de in wich razer official channel has sold it. Still waiting for their response to claim my warranty and get it repaired or replaced. Still waiting for an answer.
