My razer seiren v3 chroma doesnt pick up audio

I plug in the mic, it works and then synapse needs to be downloaded. I do that,  did all the light settings and made mic fun and now it doesn't pick up voice. My computer reads it as a mic and sees its existence but no audio. I have uninstalled synapse about 9 times, reinstalled and restarted drivers about same amount, restarted my computer same amount. I have been googling and trying everything that has been said. I finally try it on someone's computer and it works like a dream. Try it on mine again, doesn't work. Nothing makes sense. My computer is Nitro 5 AN515-57 and should run this. The permissions are granted, the computer sees the mic but it doesn't actually work audio wise., It lights up and is super pretty but no audio is picked up. When I do a mic test online, it says it cant because a program is using or blocking it, but i cant find anything happening. Do same test on other computer, works like a dream. There is something the microphone doesn't like about my computer.
