i am on windows and i dont understand why synapse didnt recognize

Hey there! Thanks for posting your concern here. Have you updated your Razer Synapse 3.0 and your mouse to its latest firmware version? By the way, does the issue happen while connecting the mouse to a different port on your PC or to a different PC?

I have this issue as well. It seems after restarting the app or your computer, it will reconnect to Synapse 3. But if the mouse goes inactive/sleep, it will lose connection to Synapse again
