My Razer Ultimate disconnects and connects all the time

My Razer Ultimate disconnects and connects all the time, it seems that the usb / dongle is overheating, but I don't know if this is the problem, I updated the mouse to 1.07 which indicated that it solved the disconnections but it continues to give continuous errors

Good luck getting assistance or a replacement product, nobody works at Razer Support and they rarely offer any sort of replacement parts.

 

Im going on 3 weeks of my headset (Kraken V3 Pro) not working since the USB stick quit working completely (used to disconnect constantly mid game/conversation).

 

Have yet to hear a single word from Razer Support Team in response to either of my tickets, quite shocking yet not surprised at all.

 

Just because you pay $300.00+ for a piece of cheaply made technology; you cannot expect any bit of support or availability for parts, the company takes no responsibility.
