My Razer v3 pro mouse won't get detected by the razer synapse how do i fix it

I already tried cleaning the mouse, going to device manager and reinstalling mice, I already tried updating the drivers in the mice, already tried reinstalling razer synapse 3, tried updating and repairing razer synapse 3 and I tried updating the mouse using the firmware updater but since it can't detect it, I can’t update it what do I do

Try the Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool by clicking here. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
