My razer v43 blackshark is not detected

Hi guys, I just bought the Blackshark V3 Pro and I have some trouble right now

 

  • Whenever I try to turn on the the headphone, my headphone can’t detected. on the dongle, it shown green led.
    I update the 1.3.0 for my headphone and now I can’t connect to using it now

To fix the connection issue after the 1.3.0 update, you likely need to re-pair the headset to the dongle using the Razer Headset Pairing Utility. The green LED on the dongle indicates it has power but is not successfully communicating with the headset, a common scenario after firmware updates. I understand you’re having trouble with your Razer BlackShark V3 Pro after the update. May I ask, does the headset work in wired mode? Is the dongle detected in Razer Synapse or Device Manager? In the meantime, please try these steps:

1. Make sure the headset is fully charge.
2. Make sure to connect the dongle directly to another USB port on the PC. Avoid using a USB hub.
3. Try to turn the headset off completely, unplug the wireless dongle and then restart your PC, then plug the dongle back in.
4. Test on another PC if possible. This helps confirm whether the issue is with the headset, dongle, or current system.​​​​​​​
