Hello Razer team,
I just bought the Razer Viper Mini and I wanted to check if it's the official product or not .. My Razer Synapse did not recognize it. I also tried to register it on RazerID account but It also can't find it … my previous mouse was also viper mini but I did not find this kind of problem .. My computer shows them in different names and it(the new one) has some physical differences from the previous one in wire … I am also including some pics of it … I contacted the shop but they told me that it is not a global version is a Chinese variant.. please let me know if there any official product does exist in China like this one?
