My razer viper ultimate doesn't charge

My Razer Viper Ultimate no longer charges.The firmware is up to date (as is Synapse and Cortex).I've tried charging the mouse with the cord, and on the dock and I also cleaned the pins). The breathing"lighting indicates that the mouse should be charging, but the battery level will not raise higher than 4-8%.From the looks of the comments on this problem, I'm not the only one to have this problem. I hope i get a solution from this one :(

Hello. Did you find a solution? I just bought Viper Ultimate and my battery is stuck at 46%. It full charged one time, only. I got the mouse in a week.
