My Razer Viper Ultimate don't want to connect wirelessly anymore

Hi, i bought an Razer Viper Ultimate around january and during 3 month, my mouse work correctly. But since 3 weeks, my mouse can't connect to my computer but this works with the cable. I tried everything i read on topics, like update my mouse with the installer, download again and again all the razer's softwares like Synapse, update my drivers etc.. I don't understand why my mouse work with the cable and why i can't connect anymore in wireless. The dongle works so i want someone to explain to me why this isn't working yet. Thanks for listening.
