Yes, I’ve seen other posts about this same problem, but none of them seem to have a clear answer, just people saying they’re experiencing it too. Could someone please help? I’ve already tried cleaning, reinstalling, and a few other things.
Try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your Viper Ultimate’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds along the way.
