For a while now, I've only been able to use my Viper Ultimate via cable because, whenever I try to use it in wireless mode, it just keeps disconnecting and reconnecting on its own :/ I'd like some help.

My Razer Viper Ultimate mouse keeps connecting and disconnecting when I use the USB dongle; I've tried everything, but the problem won't go away.
