I've tried all of the things I've seen and for the firmware updates it doesn't even detect the dongle so I'm not sure what to do.
Question
My razer viper v3 hyperspeed keeps disconnecting and reconnecting and it doesn't stop till I unplug the dongle

Hi there,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If it does, please drop me a message via PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and for proper documentation.
