MY RAZER VIPER V3 PRO DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE

I was playing rust and my mouse connection just gone. Then i checked dungle and mouse there is no light on both when i tried unplug and plug it does not work, when i check connected device in my  computer’s setting  i see the dungle is connected  but mouse still does not have light or anything 

this is when i connect the dungle, also i download pairing application but on the sec step it says connect the mouse :D but the problem it is not connecting but the dungle connecting on that pairing app as well 

please help me about it , thx Razer support.

Is it possible for you to try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists? Let me know via PM along with your Viper V3 Pro’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
