MY RAZER VIPER V3 PRO DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE

I was playing rust and my mouse connection just gone. Then i checked dungle and mouse there is no light on both when i tried unplug and plug it does not work, when i check connected device in my  computer’s setting  i see the dungle is connected  but mouse still does not have light or anything 

this is when i connect the dungle, also i download pairing application but on the sec step it says connect the mouse :D but the problem it is not connecting but the dungle connecting on that pairing app as well 

please help me about it , thx Razer support.

Hard Reset the Mouse

A power/firmware glitch can cause both the mouse and the indicator light to completely shut down. 

  • Turn the mouse off using the power switch on the bottom.
  •  
  • Hold down the Left-Click, Right-Click, and the DPI Button simultaneously.
  •  
  • While still holding those buttons down, flip the power switch to turn the mouse on.
  •  
  • Continue holding the buttons for about 5 seconds until the mouse's indicator light starts flashing
