Hey there,
I understand that you're having dongle issues with your Razer Viper V3 Pro. To help me properly isolate this issue, could you please let me know if the dongle detected in your Device Manager when it's plugged in? Have you tried connecting the dongle to other USB ports on your current PC or have you tried using the mouse and dongle setup on a different PC?
