I’ve been having an issue with my mouse since earlier today. I just wanted to charge it and use it while watching anime, but it keeps disconnecting. The light flickers white twice, then shows the charging light, flickers white twice again, and keeps repeating the same thing. It keeps disconnecting. I already tried plugging it in properly and even changed the socket where it’s plugged into on my laptop, but the problem still happens. Also earlier i noticed that the light turned blue idk what that means but yeah pls help me.

Hi buzzstorySnow383,

I'm sorry to hear about the disconnection issue with your Razer Viper V3 Pro in wired mode. Let's work through these troubleshooting steps to hopefully resolve the issue:

  1. Ensure that your Windows is up to date. Sometimes updates can fix bugs that might be causing the issue.

  2. Connect your mouse directly to the PC and not a USB hub.

  3. Update the firmware on your mouse.

  4. Close all Razer apps and software temporarily to check if they might be causing the issue. Monitor if the disconnection persists.

Razer Synapse on the system tray

  5. If closing Razer Synapse fixed the issue, reinstall your mouse drivers, and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.

  6. Connect your mouse to another PC to verify if the issue is specific to your current setup.

If you continue to experience issues after trying these steps, PM me your device serial number and proof of purchase so I can check its wararnty. All the best!
