I’m experiencing a strange battery drain issue with my Razer Viper V4 Pro. I charged it to 100%, and turn it off the mouse for a while. When I turned it back on, the battery had dropped to 80%.
Is it normal for the battery to drain this much while the mouse is completely powered off? Has anyone else encountered this or found a fix? i already update to the new firmware v1.02.01_r2

Verify Windows is up to date.
Verify the mouse is fully charged (use new batteries or charge Lithium-Ion batteries for 30+ minutes).
If charging via a mouse dock, clean the pogo pins and the mouse charging pins using a Q-tip and alcohol.
Test your mouse on another PC and verify if the issue still exists.
