My razer wolverine v2 stop working, now the light flashes twice when I push de xbox button

I was playing in my pc and I didn't crash or pull or anything my controller, just both joysticks reacted at 100% in some direction, then I disconected and when I connect it doesn't do anything, but if i press the xbox button the light blinks twice and windows manager doesn't recognize it

Thanks for letting us know about this. Try to restart your computer. If your controller still can’t be detected, is it possible for you to try it on a different PC just to check if the same issue persists? Feel free to reach out via PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
