My Razor Gold Card Wass redeemed when the reciver got it

I bougth a Razor Gold Card for 25 USD by StartSElect I Paid and got the card, by email
I sent the card to the reciver and the recier said it var already redeemed
Order number : RG [removed by moderator]
and the code was : T8MAH7XHQULFA4
The recier WAS THE ONLY ONE TO GET THE CODE NOONE ELS !!!!!
How can that happen ?????
