I turned it on yesterday, and before it could load the profile screen it just went blank. I tried charging it charger works fine, green light on the charger but nothing on the laptop). If I hold the power button I get a flashing white light every few second, but nothing after that. Any suggestions?

Does the laptop shut down when you remove the power adapter? When did the issue start occurring?
