my razor mouse keeps dieing even after a new battery is put it

So I got the mouse for Christmas few years ago now and I love it but today it just died on me and at first I thought it was just a dead battery but after putting in a new battery it just died on me again and comes back on after removing the battery and reinstalling the same battery then turns off again so I was just hopping the pack of battery’s I have just where defective but I tried it with a rechargeable battery I know works and it did it again I think my mouse broke on me

The same thing is happening to mine. It’s a very common issue. Don’t count on Razer to do anything about it. They have been ignoring it for more than a year. I have used Razer mice for several years, but I won’t buy another one. The hardware is nice, but the software is awful. Synapse is pretty much malware, as far as I am concerned. I run their keyboards and mice without it. Some are saying that this issue arose after a Windows update. I don’t know, but it did suddenly start for me. I don’t use the Razer mouse very often now, as a result. If I did, I would have got rid of it by now.
