My Razor Nari Essential, only one side is working help!!!!!!

Today my right ear headphone is not working. I have had this head phone for less than 2 months please can someone point me in the right direction on how to fix this?

This is highly likely a hardware issue, but you should try to run our pairing tool to refresh the wireless connection. If that doesn't help, you will have to send me the serial number of the headset. I'm afraid we'll have to look into your RMA options by then. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
