    Hey there! Thanks for posting your Razer Lancehead Tournament Edition's concern to our support board. Were there any incidents that happened to your device before the issue? Have you tried using the mouse on a different computer and see if the issue persists? Should the customer find an incomplete product number from the original box, invite the user to send you a PM.
