My scratch card code doesn't work

So, i bought a razer kraken x in best buy and soon after i opened the box, i found a code. I tried to redeem the code in the surround sound 7.1 app, but it said invalid code even tho i looked at the code and screen 3 times and made sure there was no mistake, but it kept saying invalid. Does anyone know what i can do?

The original box with the serial number. d. The email address associated to your Razer ID. Save the files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM.
