my screen sometimes turn off when typing

i´ve just aquired a razer blade 15 advanced model 144hz 1060gtx, and after a day of use it started with this problem, it seems like the laptop goes to sleep mode, because it only takes to click a button and it turns on again. i turned the laptop off for the night and doesnt have a any problem for the next day, then the day after that it started again, it seems only to happen when i type something and at a certain time. hope you can help me!

    Hi there! That's odd. You mentioned that the issue only happens at a certain time. Can you share more details about this?

    yes it is odd, for example i just got the razer and that day all went perfectly fine, the next day it started happening but after some hours of use, i shuted down the computer for the nex day, and that day all good, next day after that again, i turned it off and the use it at the night and all good, now using it in the morning and no problems yet, but im guessing it will sometimes soon, it may be some driver issue or something? i do recorded a video when this happened so i can post it

    Thanks for the reply. Please do share the video with us. By the way, have you tried to do a uninstall then reinstall of Synapse? If not yet, please do and let me know how it goes.
