My Seiren X support rod is stuck inside my mic

Recently i buyed a Seiren X Quartz and tried to aasemble on its default mount to test it. When i finished, i noticed that the support rod was stuck on the mic and i cannot make it loose. Can't apply too much force and i don't wanna break it. What can i do? is my first razer product. (Edit: I had to use some cloth to not damage the paint, a plier and some help but it finally came off. I guess i'll have to grease it next time or smth lol)
