Any recommendations? My brother purchased this product and it worked initially, then stopped. So we returned it and the replacement came yesterday. My son just tried plugging it into the switch and no one can hear him. It's not on mute and the volume is turned up. Anything else we are supposed to be doing? the sound card isn't used for the switch, right? So frustrated.

Is this happening with the Switch docked or undocked, and have you tried using other headsets to test if this has anything to do with the audio/mic port?
