My sons headset just snapped for no reason..

Hi, 

 

My son got his razer headset a while back and been taking care of it and loving it but both sides have snapped at the twist parts.. he is devistated that they broke since he have been carefull with them.

 

is there any way to fix them for him? =(

1. Were there any incidents for your headset prior to the issue? i.e. dropped, accidental pull while standing up etc.
2. Did you happen to use more force than usual when removing the headset?
3. Were there any incidents of pulling or tugging the headsets making it stretch beyond its limit?
