My sound does not work

Was doing some updates on my pc and my razor headset just stopped working and will not allow me to listen to anything I can speak with the headset but surround sound is not working and even when switching it off just does nothing but leave me with only low sound and I cannot seem to turn it up. It was all fine before I updated the headset now it is just broken.

    Hi there! Thanks for posting your concern on our Support board. What's the model of your headset? Have you tested it to a different port on your PC or a different PC?
