After over a month of using a paint on one of the buttons of my new Naga V2 pro has peeled off. Previously had Naga Epic chroma, then Naga Pro and there was absolutely no issue with this. I thought that such a small thing can be easily replaced cause the side pads are magnetic and replacement of them take 2 seconds.

Yet it wasn’t so clear to Razer support. They asked me to cut the wire of a perfectly working mice, send them a photo of it so their employee can assess if this is approvable and if he does i will get a replacement of a full product.

What kind of wastefull madness is this ? Cable is detachable, side pads too. Instead of just sending a new side pad and we’re both happy I’m asked to be cutting cables, sending photos and wasting time/money/CO2. That is a completely new level of madness from a company on who’s products I’ve spend thousands of USD.

You used to be a expensive but best in class Razer. Now it’s just expensive.

Had this problem aswell and razer support will do nothing about it. Paint chipping after 3 months of use is “normal wear and tear” according to them. Shameful for such an expensive product.
