my synosa chroma will not work on my new pc

about a year ago i bought a razer synosa chroma for my old computer and it worked fine but a few weeks ago i bought my new computer and have been trying to use the keyboard but whenever i plug it in it says that the usb could not be manufactured and windows does not recognise it i have tried every single usb plug in my pc i have 8 usb plugs i have downloaded both or the razer drives but it will not work please can someone help me.
