my thx app isnt working

today when i opened the thx app it wasnt opening and the audio was almost not exsisiting

I understand that you are experiencing an issue where the THX app is not opening and your audio output is almost nonexistent. Regarding your THX Spatial Audio app issue, please try the troubleshooting steps below.


1. Ensure your system meets the minimum requirements for running THX Spatial and 7.1 Surround Sound software.

2. Your firewall or antivirus software might be blocking the application. Temporarily disable them to see if the app launches. If it does, add an exception for the Razer 7.1 Surround Sound app.

3. Try launching the software as an administrator. Right-click on the software icon and select "Run as administrator."
