Hey everyone,
Just got my Razer BlackWidow V3 Halo Infinite Edition and I love it, but I noticed something odd. The UNSC logo on the Esc key does not light up at all, even though the rest of the keyboard's RGB lighting is working fine. Every other key is lit, but the Esc key stays completely dark.
To be more specific, the RGB lighting at the base of the Esc key works fine. The glow around the bottom of the key is there like all the others. It's just the UNSC logo itself that doesn't light up.
I'm wondering:
_Is this intentional by design? (i.e., is the UNSC Esc keycap opaque and not meant to be backlit?)
_Or is this a defect/hardware issue I should look into?
I haven't seen this clearly addressed anywhere in the product documentation. Has anyone else with this keyboard noticed the same thing? Would love to know if this is normal before I consider reaching out to Razer Support.
