So My Up Keyboard Button works fine, but when I open my Synapse 4, it stops working. When I close my Synapse, it works again, I need help.

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you perform a clean uninstall and reinstall of your Synapse 4 by following the steps from this link? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the key input issue.
