My viper mini functions normally when my pc boots up and after about 2-3 minutes it begins to stutter when I flick my mouse around until it completely freezes, I tried cleaning the sensor, updating the drivers and reinstalling synapse but nothing works.

Hello there,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
