my viper mini stopped working
so I got a viper mini YESTERDAY and today after school I came home and turned on my laptop, my cursor didn't move, the lights were on, I saw a bit of the red laser but I think something is blocking it, I used a Q-Tip to clean my mouse and then I cleaned my mousepad, nothing, idk what I can even do at this point

Please reset the mouse via Razer Synapse settings by clicking the gear icon at the top-right of Razer Synapse 3.0.
