My Viper Mini wont work, it wont work so i un plugged it and replugged it, it still didnt work, all of my other stuff like headphone, mic, keyboard worked but the usb wouldnt connect. I tried multiple solutions and it did not work. restarted computer, reinstall synaps, and my only hope is contacting razer. I tried downloading the latest filmware but when it said to connect to my laptop, i connected it over and over again and it said it wasnt connected.
