My Viper Signature Edition Does Not Charge and wont go pass 0%

Hi,

 

My Razer Viiper Signature Edition does not charge at all and wont go past 0% even though it has been left hours charging by cable.      

 

Very Frustrating and i have looked for other threads but I cant find anything that helps.   I have the latest firmware etc.   For such an expensive mouse this should not happen.

    Hi ​@MrAlmegard,

    Does your Viper SE turn off immediately as soon as you unplug the cable? In any case, please send me the serial number so I can verify the warranty status and look into model-specific solutions. Let’s go from there.
