My viper v2 pro is having connection issue but razer support doesnt work

Ive had this mouse for over a year now and it was working fine ( I take good care of it), however today the mouse just didnt work, then I realized it was off but i never turned it off, turned it back on and the wireless worked again for a minute and it turned off again by itself, I researched it and some people said its dongle, however mine works fine, and some said it was the software, so I updated the firmware and closed all the razer related apps (thats what some people said would help) and it worked fine for like a good 3 hours, now it stopped working again and I updated the dongle and its working fine again but its only been 10 minutes, now its the day after and my mouse, when I turn off my pc, just shuts off, im starting to think is something related to the mouse itself not the dongle because its the mouse shutting off, like usually if it just disconnect it goes to stand by and when I move it the lights turn on, however mine just fully shuts down, any ideas what could help this ? Im guessing its a software issue
